Selection to a Missouri All-State Ensemble is one of the highest honors a high school music student can achieve. The Missouri All-State Band, All-State Jazz Band, and All-State Orchestra are comprised of the state's most accomplished young musicians who have successfully advanced through a rigorous and highly competitive audition process.

The audition process requires extensive preparation and challenges students to perform at the highest level. Thousands of students from across Missouri audition each year, with only a select number earning a place in an All-State ensemble.
